For over 20 years, I’ve worked in government spaces focused on web applications, tech websites, and applying methods to improve the user experience—learning how people move, interact, and engage with information in real, functional ways.
Now, I want bring that same depth of experience into a more creative, intentional space—helping small businesses and organizations build websites that are not only beautiful, but thoughtfully designed to work.

It’s a quiet nod to my own name, and to Luna—my Cavalier King Charles—who is always close, always part of what I create.
It reflects my heritage, too.
Mar and Luna—the ocean and the moon—rooted in Spanish, carrying both culture and rhythm.
And somewhere in between, it holds what draws me in most:
the calm of ocean waves, the pull of something constant yet ever-moving,
and a quiet fascination with the sky—celestial, expansive, infinite.
There’s a balance in it all—
movement and stillness, structure and intuition, depth and light.
